1. About TalkScene

TalkScene is an AI-powered English conversation practice platform. It allows users to practice spoken English through simulated real-life scenarios with an AI conversation partner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TalkScene. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

TalkScene offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. The free tier includes 1 conversation. Paid plans unlock additional features as described on the Pricing page.

Payments are processed securely by Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date, no questions asked. Refund requests after 14 days will not be accepted. To request a refund, contact us at contact@talkscene.app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TalkScene for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the service
• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Share your account with others

7. AI-Generated Content

TalkScene uses AI to generate conversation responses and session feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or imperfect. The service is intended for practice purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional language instruction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of TalkScene is the intellectual property of TalkScene. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TalkScene is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TalkScene after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pristina, Kosovo.
