• Session transcripts: Text transcripts generated from your conversations, used to produce your post-session report.

• To provide and improve the TalkScene service
• To generate personalized session feedback reports
• To enforce free tier limits and manage subscriptions
• To communicate important service updates

3. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant database provider. Audio recordings are processed transiently and are not stored on our servers after the session ends.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — user authentication and database
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI conversation and feedback generation
• Paddle — payment processing

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing the data they process.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with service providers as necessary to operate TalkScene.
